How It All Works

From the start of a lead’s first contact to the moment a student graduates, our system supports the entire student life cycle in one user-friendly platform.

From the moment a potential lead contacts your school, a user can record basic information, manage follow-up activity, and track outreach. Administrators can review recruiter activity, advertising effectiveness, and which staff members bring in the most leads.

As a student enrolls, users can extract much of the needed information from the FAFSA to speed up the process. The system records enrollment, weekly schedules, automated ledger information, SAP dates, and NSLDS enrollment reporting.

Recording grades, attendance, leaves of absence, and graduation postings are just part of what registrars can manage. Users can run progress reports, transcripts, SAP reports, monthly hours, missing attendance reports, education plans, and more.

Financial Aid Officers can package students, automatically transmit data to COD, review eligibility based on EFC/SAI, and generate Financial Aid Offer Letters and College Financing Sheets. Users can manage holds, verification, and corrections directly through the system.

Our system allows users to run cash flow reports, unpaid tuition reports, accounts receivable summaries, automated Return of Title IV calculations, institutional refund calculations, monthly reconciliation reports, and 90/10 reporting.

Placement tracking helps schools manage outcomes, document employment-related activity, and maintain the records needed to support reporting and institutional accountability.

R. Gonzalez Management, Inc. (RGM) has been servicing postsecondary institutions since January 1, 1980. We serve clients in 12 states and Puerto Rico, including undergraduate clock-hour schools, credit-hour non-term schools, credit-hour term schools, and post-graduate traditional term schools.
